OSAT works with clients who need independent field measurements and technically defensible information about noise, vibration, sound isolation and related environmental conditions.

Commercial and Industrial

Clients include facility managers, manufacturers, building owners, contractors and engineering teams investigating machinery noise, occupational exposure, vibration, HVAC systems and other facility conditions.

Architectural and Development

Architects, developers, contractors, owners and property managers use field testing and plan review to evaluate building sound isolation, impact noise, façades, reverberation and completed construction.

Government and Secure Facilities

OSAT provides acoustic and RF field testing for military, government and contractor projects, including SCIF, SAPF and VTC facilities.

Residential, HOA and Legal

We also work with homeowners, condominium associations, property managers, attorneys and insurers on sound-transmission disputes, community noise and independent documentation.
