Why Choose OSAT for Field Testing

On-Site Acoustic Testing provides independent field measurement and verification for projects where the result needs to be technically defensible, clearly documented, and useful to the project team.

Independent field testing

Our field work is performed by On-Site Acoustic Testing personnel rather than outsourced to unrelated testing firms. We do not sell acoustical products or installation services, so our role is measurement, verification, diagnosis, and reporting.

Standards-based methods

Testing plans are developed around the project requirements and the applicable ASTM, ANSI, ISO, OSHA, UFC, ICD-705, or other referenced criteria. Reports identify the measurement method, instrumentation, test conditions, results, and conclusions needed for design review, commissioning, troubleshooting, acceptance, or closeout.

Professional instrumentation

We use professional-grade measurement systems from manufacturers including Brüel & Kjær and NTi Audio, with instrumentation selected for the specific test rather than forcing every project into the same procedure.

Broad project experience

Our work includes SCIF and SAPF verification, building acoustics testing, noise investigations, vibration measurement, occupational noise surveys, indoor air quality testing, and specialized field verification for government, military, commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional clients.

If you need an independent field measurement plan or need to determine why a project is not meeting its acoustic or vibration requirements, contact us with the project location, applicable criteria, and the problem you are trying to solve.

Please list the city, state/province, and country where testing will take place.
Select all that apply.
Optional. Examples: ASTM, ISO, ANSI, ICD-705, project specification, code requirement, or acceptance criterion.
If yes, only indicate that secure handling is required. Do not submit classified, CUI, export-controlled, or other sensitive information through this form.
List the project criteria and type of testing required, if known (noise survey, dosimetric, AIIC, ASTC, NIC, air quality, etc.)
