Noise, Vibration, and Air Quality Testing in Arizona

OSAT provides independent noise, vibration, building-acoustics, and indoor air quality testing throughout Arizona.

Data Centers and Environmental Noise

We offer noise and vibration testing for data center, residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Arizona. For data center developers, operators, and design teams, we evaluate noise and vibration from cooling systems, generators, mechanical yards, electrical equipment, rooftop equipment, and normal or emergency operating conditions. Our services can include property-line sound surveys, long-term community noise monitoring, octave-band analysis, tonal and low-frequency noise review, vibration measurements, complaint investigations, and mitigation support for design, permitting, commissioning, and operations.

Measurement Standards and Reporting

Testing and reporting can be aligned with commonly referenced standards and guidance, including ANSI/ASA S12.9 for environmental and community sound, ANSI/ASA S1.4 / IEC 61672 for sound level meter performance, ASHRAE HVAC Applications – Noise and Vibration Control, and ASHRAE TC 9.9 guidance for data center structural and vibration considerations.

Building Acoustics and Residential Testing

We also work with property managers, developers, and building owners on residential acoustics, including ASTC field testing under ASTM E336, AIIC impact testing under ASTM E1007 and ASTM E989, and investigations of tenant, building-system, and exterior noise complaints.

Industrial and Workplace Testing

For factories, warehouses, and distribution facilities, Onsite Acoustic Testing performs workplace noise assessments to help evaluate exposure under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.95 occupational noise requirements along with a wide panel of air quality, light, and temperature tests.

Discuss an Arizona Testing Project

Please list the city, state/province, and country where testing will take place.
Select all that apply.
Optional. Examples: ASTM, ISO, ANSI, ICD-705, project specification, code requirement, or acceptance criterion.
If yes, only indicate that secure handling is required. Do not submit classified, CUI, export-controlled, or other sensitive information through this form.
List the project criteria and type of testing required, if known (noise survey, dosimetric, AIIC, ASTC, NIC, air quality, etc.)
